Lack of urgency to resolve problem

I experienced problems with accessing my mails through Outlook and Mweb as my service provider is just not competent to assist me resolve this problem. This has been ongoing for more than 3 weeks. When you call back either they drop your call or you hang on for an eternity. Comparing their service to Governments departments, I would say the competition is very strong.
