LACK OF URGENCY ON SERVICE DELIVERY VS MY UP TO DATE PAYMENTS

All of SA has to deal with loadshedding. I refuse to be a victim of MWEB due an issue out of my control. We've been denied access to our internet since Friday. Logged a query & received wonderful assistance, but not resolved. I called yesterday only to be told their super teccie can only assist on the 12th of February 2022. Are you freakin INSANE!!!!! My daily livelyhood depends on the internet that I pay you for MWEB. I will cancel and reversed my debit order due to your ****py service.
