Lack of service

I don't even want to give you a single star!

Appalled by the poor service received. I have moved house and the transition is not as smooth as promised. Only need to plug my router in at the new house... what a joke.

I called your help line, held on for 1hour and 2min just to be told that the Technical department is unable to assist and I need to contact the Sales department. After holding on for another 10min again, Sales transferred me back to Technical department and I was back in the que as number 49!

Called again this morning and was holding for more than 30min to speak to an agent and be told that they cannot assist and the Sales department is closed.

Get your act together. You are quick to deduct your debit orders and that is as far as quick goes for you.
