Lack of response and poor service

I have a hosting agreement with Mweb which has been suspended. I have been calling and if i am not holding on the line for more than 30 minutes i am being send from billing to sales which is really frustrating. I have send numerous emails and didn't get any response. I honestly do not have words to describe this terrible service.
