Lack of Feedback and Service

Placed and paid for an order on the 5th of December.

Until this morning the 15th the order is still being provisioned with no sign of an update or delivery date as yet! Sent Rica documents on the 5th and 9th and still nothing from them. I've had to chase up with them everyday with no success!!!

Never experienced service like this from Mweb before...Not a Happy NEW Customer!!!!
