MWEB and Vumatel are a complete DISASTER! Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life! It’s been ages, and you people still haven’t activated my new line! Your so-called ‘support’ is a JOKE—no one responds to emails, no updates, NOTHING! This is PATHETIC and completely unacceptable! You clearly don’t care about your customers, and it shows. Why even exist when there are far better providers out there who actually know what customer service means? If you’re thinking of using MWEB, DON’T! Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Still waiting for my line to be activated—HOW HARD CAN IT BE? Get your act together!
