Lack of Communication and empty promises

App**** on the 2nd Feb, recieved Router, no installation call from openserve as yet and its been 17 working days already. Using wifi for business but now still waiting. Have seen so many complaints, makes me wonder if I made the right choice by going with Mweb. Logged emails, calls, its been escalated, logged in hello Peter once already and still no contact made. Service is terrible. I was loyal enough and paid for my installation portion which they were quick enough to take but the service isn't as fast.
