Lack of communication

Hello Mweb, Your customer service is damn pathetic. I called the technical department with regards to my LTE router giving me issues and I was told that coverage is an issue and that Mweb is moving away from CellC and to Telkom. Yet no damn communication was sent to paying customers. Now I am sitting here with a deadline for Monday with no wifi. Now I am probably going to be charged to be moved over to telkom, which by the way doesn't have LTE coverage in my area, so what happens now? What kind of a company are you running? What kind of a marketing/communications department do you have that they cant even send out communication? Damn pathetic
