*** Service Mweb *** Service

I did have fibre which was great from Mweb as their was not much down time but unfortunately I have moved and the service I have received from Mweb has been the worst I have ever seen. First they make me pay for the fibre for two months and tell me that I upgrade my package to a 25Mbps Uncapped MTN LTE now that I do not understand as how does one upgrade from Fibre. Then they take one hole month to get the sim activated. We no never have internet and they do not reply to the Mweb queries and just suspend my internet telling me my account is in arears. What a bunch of ****ers first they do not know what Upgrade means or downgrade. They steel your money and almost never even getting the speed you pay for on the 25Mbps uncapped package. My fastest speeds I get every evening is 0.07Mbps Download & 0.00Mbps Upload. Cannot do anything with these speeds. Sorry to say this but Mweb your service is *** and I never had issues last year Jan to Nov.
