Just want to cancel
Mweb's customer service is pathetic. Their online chat is nonexistent, you hold for 2 hours just to speak to a consultant and once you get a hold of them your problem is still not resolved. I've been having connection problems over the past 2-3 weeks. I would now like to just cancel this service but even doing that seems difficult because once you get transferred to the cancelation department they just hang up on you.
