Just so sad!

As a new customer. Mweb is the worst service provider to get to contact for firbe problems. I've calling for them to get this issue resolve and also for them to get my Internet connection activation done right, I even wasted R120 on airtime. Still, nothing has been done. Do I need to keep wasting money on airtimes? And their App isn't helping at all. No email or call back.
