Just recently I had the privilege of receiving support from a gentleman - Abdul. After being passed from one dpt to another I came upon Abdul. By this time I was very worked up and annoyed. Abdul was kind and patient and supported me until my wifi was up and running. He tried many different avenues to get my wifi up and running, cracking jokes all the while and keeping me the client at ease and assured me that he was the right person to help get my issue resolved. The best customer service experience I've encountered in a while. I was very impressed by his attitude, demeanor, product knowledge and kindness. Definitely deserves a promotion and raise and 1million dollars😉
