Just increase account and No Notice?
Good day<br> <br> You can check my reports over mweb it has been all good, and this is not a complain, i jsut want to raise a concern.<br> <br> Just want to know why you guys dont notify customers inconnection price increases and then you adverts on Tv is cheaper?<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> (Your guys are still the best internet service Provide by far)

Thank you for raising your concerns.
We do send communication of price increases or decreases to the primary MWEB email address.
If you do not make use of it we do have a function that allows for email forwarding to a preferred email.
