Just horrible

I called to upgrade my lte devise to a one that would charge me 3x more than what I am paying now and got hung up on 2 time.

Called to give the more money and they basically flipped me the finger 2 time. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get through to someone on both occasions and they hung up on me.

That time I was planning on give them more money 🤣 what a joke.
