Just about done with MWEB. Will post on all social media :)

I give up with MWEB Past 2 months been getting speeds of 0.2Mbps. I'm paying about R467 for 4Mbps.

Today, it says concentrator not reachable. I'm so tired of having these problems with MWEB . Don't even bother with raising a Query. Those guys don't even know what they're doing either. They wanna charge me a fee to come test my router. Hello , I'm not dumb, I tested the line with another router and the results are same. Customer service is ****. It's only a matter of time when I change over to Afrihost. And when I do , I just want to thank MWEB for showing me what the worst ISP makes a customer feel like.
