Join MWeb - and you'll never be online again

<p>Luckily, we cancelled our MWeb account a little while back. It was a terrible couple of months with them in terms of both internet connectivity and customer service. Constantly, the internet would not be working - a huge problem for somebody working from home. We had to wait forever to get somebody to fix problems, there was a lot of passing-the-buck between MWeb and Telkom, and all the while we were being charged an arm and a leg for something that wasn't functioning half of the time! We have now changed to Vox Telecom and finally have a working internet connection - turns out the Telkom line wasn't the problem after all. I advise anybody considering to get an internet line NOT to use MWeb! </p>
