I've placed an order for Fibre with Mweb. They debited my account and advised that it will take 2-3 days. It is 4 days now! All I need to know is when will installation take place. Now i'm directed to a self-help platform, that does not give me an option for my query. Quick to debit! Slow to deliver 💁🏻♀️
