I've had my fibre with Mweb for 2 years now and had the best experience
I've had my fibre with Mweb for 2 years now and had the best experience. I ordered and was updated on the status throughout the process. Chatted to an agent about an issue with my address and they assisted very quickly and friendly. And the internet speeds are great thus far. When I did experience an internet outage, I went on their whatsapp and was immediately updated that it was my fibre provider that had an outage - didn't even have to chat to an agent.
