I’ve been with them for many years now and my overall experience has been consistently positive. Connectivity issues are rare, and when they do occur, they’re usually resolved quickly. The speeds are fast and reliable, which makes streaming and everyday use smooth and enjoyable. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, whether for billing, support, or sales.The team has been easy to reach and very responsive. The agents are knowledgeable and understand exactly how to help without unnecessary delays. I genuinely appreciate the level of service and look forward to continuing with them for many more years.
