IT’S NOT FREE Mweb Well their ads look good and you work out the cost over a year and say I can do this so you sign up (X price for X data over 12 months including a free installation and router) Three or four months later, the price goes up..Huu so you call and you get told '' well that is how it is”! Then you ask to speak to a senior member of staff. You get put through to Mr Brent Johnson he tells you It is their service provider Open Serve who is to blame and that they can put their price up even though you have a 12 month agreement . All contract work like that We (Mweb) are the cheapest in the country We tried to negotiate with Open Serve, but failed When asked, so you can put the price up whenever the hell you feel like it he responds “YES” And tells you to read your contract The sad thing is that if they contacted their customers and asked if they would pay more for a better service most would agree but you as the customer do not get that choice.
