It's not easy getting hold of customer service
It's not easy getting hold of customer service. I sent an *** and only after enquiring did I find out it was incorrectly closed without any communication. Also having a lot of drop outs and lagging.

You should not have to follow up just to find out what happened to a request, especially when you’re also dealing with connection dropouts and lagging.
We recognise that these are two separate concerns that both need attention: clear communication about your support query and a more stable internet connection. To help narrow down the connection issue, please let us know whether the dropouts affect all connected devices or only a specific device, and whether they occur over Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection. This will help us guide you towards the appropriate next steps.
