It's impossible to get help from Mweb's customer service, I've spent hours talking to call centers!!

Mweb's customer service is utterly useless!! I've spent HOURS on their call center waiting, trying to get them to do something simple!! They either put me on hold indefinitely, or just hang up on me. I've been sending Email, and contacting them on social media, but getting help is proving to be impossible.
