ITC listing for services never delivered ???
Got and sms that say i must pay if not i will be listed on ITC credit bureau.
Did my cancellation of my mweb line beginning of April 2018. Because i moved houses and cannot carry over my ADSL because the new place i live in don't have landlines or fiber. Now i get listed on ITC for not wanting to pay for a service i did not receive in May 2018.
Is MWEB contract based or month to month ?? If it was contract based i would have paid. But im not gonna pay for May 2018, where i did not get any service from MWEB.
Had a long relationship with MWEB, and would have wanted to continue in the future, But this is outrages !!!

How the hell do you want me to pay for something after i cave you notice of cancellation and never even used your service !!!! and you say the service is month to month ???
