It is still extremely difficult to get hold of anyone at Mweb! I tried the chatbot waited for 2 hours and eventually quit
It is still extremely difficult to get hold of anyone at Mweb! I tried the chatbot waited for 2 hours and eventually quit. Called in today, was told I was first in line, but waited another 15mins before I could speak to someone. A slight improvement in waiting time, since my last call in February! I just avoid making contact, it’s extremely frustrating, and time wasting. I have been a loyal client for over 15 years, these are the worst experiences I have encountered in recent times.
