Issue with signup

Good day,<br> <br> I have recently moved from Telkom to Mweb. both data and line. I moved to the 20gig package on the 2mb line, as the sales agent said I currently had a 2mb line with Telkom (even though my speed test suggested it is only 1mb)<br> <br> Once my line was moved to mweb, the sales agent said that I can request the migration. I did this on the 14th already, and still nothing. I am still being billed on the 20gb package. I understand that I have to pay it pro-rata, but I am not going to pay for it from the 14th of December. <br> <br> On Wednesday and Thursday I have requested this change and still nothing.<br> <br> I will be stopping the debit order and I will pay for what I wanted. Nobody said that it will take a month to dropdown, otherwise I would not have moved.<br> <br> If this is the level of service I am getting from mweb, then I might as well go back to telkom.<br> <br> I have been promised a call back on Thursday - have not gotten that call yet.
