ISP Claims To Provide Uncapped Internet

Basically I Pay For A Uncapped 4 MB Line From Mweb And I Constantly Am Getting Throttled Due To Me Using Over A Certain Amount Of Data Which Is Absolutely Unacceptable Due To The Reason I Pay Over 300 Rand A Month For A Line That Does Not Even Produce More Than 300 Kb's On Speed test This Is Unacceptable None Of Their Policies State This \Soft cap"Limit And When I Call Them They Always Beat Around The Bush When It Comes To Asking Why Am I Being Throttled I Have Not Broken Any Of Their AUP (Acceptable Use Policy's) Neither Have I Done Anything To Hard The Internet So There Is No Reason To Throttle My Line Down To Bellow A Tenth Of Its Speed I Would Understand If I Was Throttled To Half My Speed By Less Than A Tenth Is Unacceptable Please Sort This Issue Out And Also I Will Be Calling Soon To Come To An Agreement In Which If I Am Throttled To Such A Low Limit For More Than X Amount Of Days In A Month Then I Will Refuse To Pay The Full Amount In Which Is Due At The End Of The Month"""
