*** IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANIES CUSTOMER SERVICR

So I can't believe the customer service at this place. It's the worst service ever even worse that rain. I phoned in was on hold for 50 Min cost R148 then someone answers eventually but they talk such a lot of nonsense that I ran out of airtime and can u believe it they don't even bother calling back. All I wanted from them was someone to come out and fix the head on my fibre optic cable. *** IS WRONG WITH YOUR COMPANY. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. I pay over a 1000 rand a month is this what I can expect from you. Absolutely **** company service. And I'm not even talking about how unstable your line is.
