Is this service from MWeb acceptable?
Dear Hello Peter,
This is to warn would-be customers that Mweb does NOT HAVE A GRIP on their "new orders" department. I live in house in Somerset-West, with a legitimate address, registeref erf number, registered municipality account number. This house with it's address has been in the SAME STREET AND IN THE SAME SPOT ON THE SAME ERF for more than 60 years. Now MWeb claims that the address and erf and house do not exist and "that they will have to create the erf and house and street number" before they can render a service. It is appaling that they employ staff that has NO CLUE of how addresses work in real life, OR on the internet AND has the odacity to ARGUE with the owner about what MWeb thinks the real address is and should be. MWeb stubbornly claims an address THAT DOES NOT EXIST AND NEVER HAS EXISTED. Now my question is: How is it possibke to try and do business with a company who delivers REALLY BAD service from before the contract even starts?????? And try to contact MWeb per telephone: IT IS AN IMPOSSIBILITY. In 6 weeks NO TELEPHONIC REPLY. Per e-mail it took MWeb 6 weeks to react and they still cannot get a VERY SIMPLE THING LIKE THE CORRECT ADDRESS RIGHT??????
Please warn customers to stay clear from MWeb.
Thank you.
Yours truly. Mrs. M. J. ROOS
