Is this really an internet provider???

If there was a minus 1 star, I would give it. Ordered fibre on the 22/10. Over 3 weeks and still nothing. Constant chatting to agents who say the same thing - "open serve will contact you". And no one does. Was a paying customer for over 10 years. Cancelling my order today.
