Is Mweb the New Telkom?

Is Mweb the new Telkom? We currently pay for a 50MB Fibre line upload and download. For the past 3-4 months we`ve been getting less than 10MB upload and less than 5MB download.

It took a while to get through to their technical department. Once we were through the technical support agent told us to buy a new router and it would resolve our problems.

The next agent tried his best to assist us and said he would send someone out from Vumatel. That was three weeks ago.

We`ve tried getting a hold of the multiple times either by phoning them or using the app to log a technical issue, other than the above two scenarios we`ve been completely ignore.
