Is MWeb now also reverting to WiFi-Shedding.... Customer service is non existed, digital and in person.-

Its so easy to get signed up but my word how do you get hold of MWeb to make changes to your contract or details......... All online and if you do not get your pin on the phone you are lost, you can't do anything. Is the problem at MWeb if you do not get a pin on your phone? I can't say, because when you phone, and they eventually answer, after using your month's airtime on one call to get a operator to answer, they just hang up on you....... MWeb do you know what is customer service? Please don't subscribe to MWeb, because you will not be able to cancel. Once a customer you will be a lifetime, unhappy with no WIFI customer.
