Is it just me or is Mweb not really giving a damn about clients

So i decided to try mweb for first time fibre user, damn was i wrong to do so, i cant believe being promise that it would take 24 - 48 hrs to activate my line after i received my router and Vuma did their instillation part, my word its been a week then everytime i get someone on the phone they say no sir will be active by today then you so kind to rate the service after the call cause you think it will be active just to get home and now not a damn thing. so how come some people's activation take like 3 days and most of us must wait longer, the person on the phone promise by 09 march 2020 the night should be active and yet nothing, installation done on 3 March 2020 and its 10 March 2020 already still no activation Is mweb just bull****ting people to sign up and then not delivering anything the promise, do they just tell you what you want to hear so that you can put the phone down, just like eskom always promising things they cant deliver and nobody really knowing whats going on pathetic and one last thing if my business got such a bad review by 60% of all clients, to be honest i would pay much more attention to it and not even responding on this site to try and make costumers happy you will be losing a lot of clients sooner then you guys think. thank you for not delivering as usual Mweb can always count on you for that
