Irradiated without consent

I was horrified that while sitting in my car the other day working on a report (offline) a web page popped up telling my I could buy internet time and get online with FON via MWEB. I wold like to state that I did NOT give WEB permission to irradiate me with microwaves in my own private vehicle. This is proven dangerous technology and is against my human right to a safe environment. It is disgraceful that MWEB is doing this.
