Invoice query

I had a Fibre from mweb only installed on the 22 August 2021 and I started using their services on the 24th August 2021, 24th September made a payment of R450 but I am in arrears of R1970 but my package was for R450 monthly and 1 month free. Have been calling Mweb since 15th September but no help. I stay on the line referred from one department to the next but problem not solved. I am really tired. I just want to know where the extra R1970 comes from. Stay away from Mweb
