Internet/Fibre issue quickly resolved
Thank you for resolving my call. The urgency at which you attended to my request for assistance is greatly appreciated. You were quick to respond on this platform and with telephone calls as well. It was fantastic to see.
I just wish you had a better internal platform for logging calls because there are a few items i would love to have attended individually. logging a complaint on social media is not ideal for me, but you have unfortunately made it normal for your clients.
Anyway thanks again for resolving this particular call.
