Internet Transfer

Recently I have moved house and transferred my internet service from my old address to my new one. No new infrastructure or routers or fibre was required so it is a very simple switch. After several weeks I still have no service despite chasing every couple of days. just been passed around multiple call centre people who hang up without warning. The company doesn't answer e mails. I have been with MWeb for 10 years but have never really needed anything till now. All in all appalling level of customer service. I would have thought they would want to retain loyal customers. I would not recommend this supplier any more to anyone and shall be transferring my account.
