Internet service bad

What a bad move I have done by signing with Mweb Vumatel. Half of the month it’s offline and we work from home and we depend from this service in order for us to have access to the internet.

It’s been offline for a week now and no one bothers to info me as a client nothing is happening but we must pay for a full month subscription. I’m definitely looking for another service provider. This is not working for me, nonsense service.
