Internet service

I have had the worst experience with mweb, I took up their telkom home internet service, only for the to close internet access! I have called them and stayed on the line for countless hours only for them to tell me that the problem is on their side it's telkoms fault, I have logged queries and still no one has called me to assist me both from Telkom and mweb. I took their services so that I can continue working from home but now I'm driving all the way to the office it's been 4 weeks without internet I'm still waiting on someone to assist me but my debit order is still going off my account. Meaning I'm paying for absolutely nothing! 🤬
