Come on MWEB pathetic phone lines *** is going on. Haven't had an issue for long and now Fibre is off the whole day get your **** together. Get a toll free number so that people can complain without having to waste airtime. Already getting **** with this load shedding and now from you too. Fix my **** NOW!!!

21 Nov 2022, 19:06Always use to get an SMS saying if there is a fibre outage, now nothing as my router says I am able to connect to the internet in the PPPOE details and yet no internet for the whole day.
