Internet line

We have a 80mbps fiber line through Mweb/ Frogfoot which has not been functioning fully for the last 2 months . We have phoned the technical line on numerous occasions without success . We were told a call was logged with Frogfoot ( Line provider) , we were told it was corrected which it wasn’t . Very disappointing service indeed .
