internet keeps dropping and no service to fix it

After upgrading my 4mb line to a 6mb line the internet kept dropping every 5 min or so and I cant use the internet almost at all. After several calls to Mweb and being passed around from consultant to sales they eventually suggested I go back to a 4mb line since the infrastructure doesn't support the 6mn line but I will have to pay for the time I was on the 6mb even though I couldn't use the internet for this time nearly at all.<br> <br> this is absolutely pathetic and I would never refer anyone to this internet provider again
