INTERNET KEEP DROPPING

Good day.

Today on the 18th of April 2023, at around 21:22, our internet went down, yet again.

The above has happend for a few days now, nonstop. This is totally unacceptable to say the least!! What is going on that the internet keep going off? And it keep doing that for the 3rd or 4th day continueously.

Mweb really needs to fix this ASAP or I will break all ties with mweb and move to another ISP.
