Internet down no assistance received

I filed a ticket 5 days ago that my internet connection was not working, I got this reference Ref No: MWB***0. 5 days later my internet is still not working. I then proceeded to call the center and nothing came of it, I waited on the line till my airtime ran out and each time I was told I was number 1 on the call line but never got assistance this is beyond bad.
