Internet down for days

If I could rate no stars I would, so my internet has been down for 2 days now and no updates from either mweb or Vumatel I have spoken to 4 individuals and no positive feedback from anyone, so I have basically lost 2 days of subscription and who will reimburse me for this? All I get from these consultants are that they will revert back to me and it might take up to 6 working days!! What **** is this? I have never skipped a payment and this is my thank you. I will not accept this nonchalant type of service
