Internet dissconnecting
I am with Mweb for a while now and for the past month or so my Internet has been dropping for reasons unknown to me. each time I phone them their excuse is that it is Telkom fault and they keep saying that they cant do anything about it. Mweb is my ISP and they are suppose to get my Internet back on line and stable and stop giving me excuses for not being able to help me. It is hard for me to get things done on the internet if I don't have Internet. myself and my dad have both been reporting the problem and nothing is getting done about it<br>
