Internet disconnection,no sense of agency to fix it,I was told that the turn around time is 3-6 working days,while I use so much data.

I’m currently experiencing a disconnection.I’m working from home.I’m hosting from my phone.I am told that the turn around time to fix the disconnection is 3-6 working days. What’s the point of paying MWEB monthly,If I have to buy so much data.2 connection issues in a space of 2 months,how much data will I have to use annually if MWEB is this unstable.Totally unacceptable and unreliable.I’m so disappointed and annoyed.
