Internet always down.

My internet hasn't been working for almost a month now. When I try to contact the company they tell me that everything is OK on their side when I am not getting any connection. I am out of airtime to call. I have complained it is enough. My company is falling apart because I can't send reports, quotes and invoices. Please let me go find another ISP if you are failing.
