Internal Servor Error

Called MWEB just now because I'm getting an error message \500 - internal server error\". After holding for about 15 minutes I get through to a chap who asks me to restart the router - which I do. Does not solve problem. Then he asks me to restart computer - which I do. And then he ends the call without waiting to see if the problem is solved!! And the problem is not solved!!!"
