Installation of fiber

Hi Bad service from mweb...they apparently toke down my number wrong...now i must wait till the 8 of jan for installation. Because they must redo my application bad service I done the application on the 29 of November you want to install on the 8 of January how do have people employed that cant process a simple application vumatel didnot receive your request

I want my fiber installed by next week lastest

Please people dont use mweb they really hopeless

If you try calling them they put on hold for 30min then they cut your call..they dont response on email
