Installation closed while incomplete
It is impossible to log a call telephonically or online with mweb. Their IVR smses codes which it doesn't recognize, you are asked to leave your contact details if you wish for a sales agent to call you back, the IVR only catches the first 6 numbers, if you manage to get to Sales Agent, they put you through to another number and you are asked to leave your number - yet not all the numbers get captured. A nightmare.
A wifi router was delivered, I was expecting an installer to arrive, but instead I received an sms saying installation is complete, yet I have not Fibre cables in my house.
